Responsible Gaming
When it comes to responsible gaming, ct999 doesn't just talk — we take real, practical steps. Every commitment here is designed to protect you.
Anyone under 18 has no place on ct999. Age is verified at registration and through KYC checks when required. Child protection is something we never compromise on.
18+ OnlySet your own spending limit — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once you reach it, the system automatically blocks further deposits. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately; increasing it takes effect after 24 hours.
Automated ControlsAt set intervals, ct999 will remind you how long you've been playing and encourage you to take a break when your session time is up — so entertainment never turns into addiction.
Time AwarenessIf you feel like you need a break, you can suspend your account yourself — for anywhere from 7 days up to 6 months. During that time, you won't receive any promotional messages.
7 Days – 6 MonthsA summary of your total wins, losses, and time spent is displayed while you're playing. Reviewing this information honestly makes it easier to make informed decisions.

Step-by-step instructions on where to find each tool and how to set it up.
You decide your own deposit limit. Once you hit your daily limit, no further deposits can be made that day. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period — this is intentional, so you don't make decisions in the heat of the moment.
Decide in advance how long you want to play in one sitting — 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, whatever feels reasonable. When the time is up, you'll get a notification and you'll need to make a conscious choice: keep going or take a break.
Feeling like you need a breather? On ct999, you can temporarily close your own account for a set period. While it's closed, you won't be able to log in and you won't receive any marketing messages. Use that time to take care of yourself.
Your ct999 dashboard shows you exactly how much you've won, how much you've lost, and how long you've been playing — any time you want to check. It's worth being honest with yourself about those numbers. If you're not coming out ahead, or you've been playing longer than you planned, it's a good time to stop.
Awareness
Responsible gaming means seeing gaming for what it is — entertainment, not a source of income. When you play on ct999, always remember: the odds of losing in any game are higher than the odds of winning. Accepting that truth is the first mark of a responsible gamer.
Ct999 has a few straightforward rules for playing responsibly. Only play with money you can afford to lose. Set a budget before you start and stick to it. A big win is no reason to start betting bigger. And chasing losses with more bets never works — it almost always makes things worse.
Decide in advance how much you're willing to spend on gaming each month. Once you hit that limit, you're done for the month.
Allocate a small portion of what's left after family, work, and study commitments for gaming.
If you're feeling angry, upset, or under stress, step away from gaming. You're not in the right headspace to make good decisions.
Chasing losses usually leads to losing even more. Accepting a loss and walking away takes real courage.
After every hour of gaming, take at least a 15-minute break. Get up, walk around, drink some water.
Keep in mind: These signs are not a sign of weakness. Recognizing them is a sign of strength. If you reach out to ct999's help center, you'll receive support — not judgment.

Responsibility by the Numbers
Learn More
Gaming is part of everyday entertainment for millions of people around the world, and online gaming is growing fast in Bangladesh too. But like any form of entertainment, it can become a problem when it goes too far. ct999 understands this, and that's exactly why responsible gaming is a top priority for us.
Yes, it can — but it doesn't happen to everyone. Most people enjoy gaming as a leisure activity and can manage it on their own. However, some people — especially those under stress or dealing with difficulties elsewhere in life — can start using gaming as an escape. ct999 wants to build awareness before anyone reaches that point.
Yes, they work — as long as you use them. When you set a deposit limit, it's technically enforced; there's simply no way to deposit beyond it. When self-exclusion is active, there's no way to log in. These tools are effective, but the decision to use them is yours.
If gaming is starting to affect your life in a negative way and you want to stop for good, let us know through the ct999 Help Center. We can permanently close your account and make sure no new account can be opened with the same details in the future.
Speak up. Approach the conversation with empathy — no anger, no blame — and let them know you're concerned. You can also reach out to ct999's support centre on someone else's behalf. We can advise you on the best way to help them.
Absolutely not. ct999 strictly enforces an 18+ age policy. Age is verified at registration, and a national ID or passport may be requested if there is any doubt. If an underage account is detected, it is closed immediately and all balances are refunded.
