Everything You Need to Know About CT999 Vouchers
Ct999 has one of the most straightforward voucher systems among online casinos in Bangladesh. Every voucher's terms are written in plain language – there's no fine print to dig through. That said, understanding a few key points will help you get the most out of every voucher.
What's the Difference Between the Bonus Wallet and the Main Wallet?
Your ct999 account comes with two separate wallets. Funds in your main wallet can be withdrawn at any time. Bonus funds in your bonus wallet cannot be withdrawn directly – you must first meet the wagering requirements. Once those are fulfilled, the bonus transfers automatically to your main wallet. Cashback bonuses go straight to your main wallet with no wagering required.
Where do I enter the voucher code?
Log in to the ct999 app or website and go to the Cashier or Deposit section. Select your payment method, enter your deposit amount, and you'll see a "Promo Code" or "Voucher Code" field appear. Enter your code and click "Apply". If the code is valid, the bonus amount will be displayed – then confirm your deposit to proceed.
Can I use multiple vouchers at the same time?
Generally, only one voucher code can be applied per deposit. However, free spins and a deposit bonus can be active at the same time since they belong to different categories — for example, if you claim a Monday deposit bonus, you can still receive your daily free spins alongside it. For full details, check ct999's Help Center or ask via live chat.
What happens when a voucher expires?
Every voucher has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus is forfeited once it expires, so make sure to use your vouchers without delay. Log in to the ct999 app or website to check your active vouchers and their remaining validity. Keep push notifications enabled on the app and you'll receive a reminder before any voucher is about to expire.
Can I get a bonus when depositing via bKash/Nagad?
Yes – whether you deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any other mobile banking service, you can apply a voucher code in exactly the same way. Vouchers work across all payment methods, including bank transfer, credit card, and e-wallet. Your payment method has no effect on the bonus you receive.
Can You Actually Withdraw Winnings from Voucher Bonuses?
Absolutely. Once the wagering requirement is met, winnings from your bonus move to your main wallet and can be withdrawn via bKash or Nagad. There are no extra restrictions on withdrawing bonus winnings at ct999 — simply submit a withdrawal request directly from your balance once the conditions are fulfilled.
Are there special vouchers for Eid and festive occasions?
During Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and other national celebrations, ct999 releases special limited-time vouchers. These festive vouchers typically offer higher bonus rates but come with shorter validity – anywhere from a few days to a week. Turn on app notifications and keep an eye on the ct999 Help Centre page so you never miss a festival offer.
